County Extension Agent, Karen DeZarn would like to invite you to attend an informational meeting and consider joining the Texas Extension Education Association. There is currently one club in the county that meets on the first Thursdays of the month at 1 pm, the Lampasas Club, formerly known as the Rumley Club. Several have expressed interest in starting an evening club for those that work. This is for any adult age member. The information meeting will be Thursday, January 20th , 6 pm at the Kempner Brick Oven.
Typically each month at a meeting there is a short business portion, an educational portion and lots of socialization and usually food😊. Programs would be based on the needs of the members. Karen and current members would be a part of the new group to help new members know what to do along the way. We will choose a day and time that meets the members’ needs.
